E-file transcripts are PDF reports summarising your tax return information for filing authorisation and signature. TaxLab provides two options to tailor these reports to match your organisations branding preferences.
Branded
You can add basic branding to our default theme including some or all of the following:
- Your logo in PNG format
- Custom disclaimer wording
- Inland Revenue Privacy Statement wording
- Partner signature box
- Branded cover and/or back page, provided as two separate documents.
- Font styles, colours, and sizes (please provide a style guide specifying the fonts and details).
Note: Fonts must be selected from the standard Microsoft font list; firm specific fonts requiring installation cannot be used.
Customised
Your organisation may use fully customised reports, which are managed by your Administrator or nominated person. For any changes, please contact them first, as modifications will impact users on your account.
Once updates are made to the underlying Microsoft Word templates, your Admin or nominated person will work with our Support team to implement the changes in TaxLab.
To manage these reports, you’ll need an advanced understanding of Microsoft Word, including style sheets and custom merge fields, as well as a commitment to annual maintenance and updates. Please note that we are not responsible for testing or maintaining custom reports.
