Overview

TaxLab is entirely online, including the signup process. Within minutes of creating your first user account, you and your team can begin setting up and completing tax compliance tasks.

Sign up online

1. Go to https://www.taxlab.online.
2. Click Sign up on the top right of the menu.
3. Next to 'Don’t have an account?' click the Sign up now link.
4. Enter your email address.
5. Click the Send verification code button.
6. Check your email inbox for a verification message from microsoftonline.com containing your verification code.
7. Enter the verification code on the TaxLab sign-up page and click Verify code.
8. Create a passwordadhering to the following criteria:
   • Between 10 and 64 characters
   • Must include at least 3 of the following: a lowercase letter, an uppercase letter, a digit, a symbol.
9. Provide a display name, your given name, and surname.
10. Read and accept our terms of use and click the Create button.
11. You will be asked to Set up multi-factor authentication (MFA)

Next steps

Administrator permissions

We recommend having at least one user with Administrator permissions in TaxLab. If you're the initial user from your firm, contact us at support@taxlab.online, and we'll set this up for you. With Administrator permissions, you can allocate Administrator privileges to additional users within your account.
