Reauthenticate an Inland Revenue integration

Overview

 To keep your income tax return filings processing smoothly, we recommend reauthenticating your Inland Revenue (IR) integration at least once a year. This helps prevent your return from getting stuck in a “Scheduled – Pending” status. If this does occur, reauthenticating your IR integration is the first step to resolve the issue.

Info: Reauthentication of a myIR credential can only be performed by the individual who originally set it up.

Reauthenticate your myIR credential

  1. From the TaxLab Home page, select Administration > Under System > select Integrations.
  2. Select the myIR credential that requires reauthentication.
  3. Select the three vertical dots located to the right of the credential. 
  4. Select Reauthenticate to be redirected to myIR.
  5. When redirected to myIR, enter the login details for your myIR account.
  6. Select Login.

After completing this step, you will be directed back to TaxLab. Your integration with IR will be successfully reauthenticated, allowing you to proceed with e-filing your returns.
