Overview
To keep your income tax return filings processing smoothly, we recommend reauthenticating your Inland Revenue (IR) integration at least once a year. This helps prevent your return from getting stuck in a “Scheduled – Pending” status. If this does occur, reauthenticating your IR integration is the first step to resolve the issue.
Info: Reauthentication of a myIR credential can only be performed by the individual who originally set it up.
Reauthenticate your myIR credential
- From the TaxLab Home page, select Administration > Under System > select Integrations.
- Select the myIR credential that requires reauthentication.
- Select the three vertical dots located to the right of the credential.
- Select Reauthenticate to be redirected to myIR.
- When redirected to myIR, enter the login details for your myIR account.
- Select Login.
After completing this step, you will be directed back to TaxLab. Your integration with IR will be successfully reauthenticated, allowing you to proceed with e-filing your returns.
