How Taxlab + Xero integrate

Experience seamless integration with Xero and effortlessly import trial balance data from your Xero ledgers at the touch of a button. Choose when to refresh data from Xero to keep control and update tax calculations at your preferred times.

Getting started

Connecting to Xero ledgers is completed as part of Import a trial balance from Xero process.

Disconnect from Xero

1. Navigate to Workpapers > Accounts in the relevant entity and click Import > Import from Xero.
2. Click the Disconnect button.
3. A message should display informing you of a successful disconnection.

FAQs

Is my trial balance data synced in real-time?

No. Your Taxlab trial balance stays connected to your Xero trial balance, but data updates occur only when you manually initiate the import process.

Can I connect multiple trial balances in Taxlab to multiple trial balances in Xero?

No. Each Taxlab entity can only link to one Xero entity.
