Reauthenticate an Inland Revenue integration

Overview

To ensure the smooth processing of your returns, we would highly recommend reauthenticating your Inland Revenue (IR) integration at least once a year. This can prevent your return from getting stuck in the Scheduled - Pending status, if this does happen reauthenticating your integration with IR is the first step to fix this. 

Please note: Reauthentication of a myIR credential can only be performed by the individual who originally set it up.

Reauthenticate your myIR credential

  1. From the TaxLab Home page, click Administration > Under Settings> click Integrations.
  2. Select the myIR credential that requires reauthentication.
  3. Click the More.. icon located on the right of the application gateway.
  4. Select Reauthenticate,  you will then be redirected to myIR.
  5. When redirected to myIR, you will need to input the login credentials associated with your myIR account.
  6. Click Login.

After completing this step, you will be directed back to TaxLab. Your integration with IR will be successfully reauthenticated, allowing you to proceed with e-filing your returns.
