Print FBT reports

You can print the following reports at the end of each quarter and keep them in PDF format for internal reference or IRD audit purposes: Summary Report and Tax Computation.  


You can customise some of the report print options, i.e. you can specify what information is included in each report.


If you want to use a different theme or address, you need to contact us so we can set it up for you.


Print a standard report

In the entity’s FBT calculation, click the Print arrow in the top right of the screen. Then click the report you want to print.


Print a customised report

In the entity’s FBT calculation, click the Print arrow in the top right of the screen.

  1. Click Print options.
  2. Click the report you want to print.
  3. Customise the print options.
  4. Click Print


Export benefits

To export all benefits for the quarter/full year into Microsoft Excel, click Workpapers > Benefits.  You can export the benefits summary using the Export button.


To export a detailed list of benefits by employee, click on the ‘All benefits‘ total line at the end of the Benefits screen.  You can then export this into Microsoft Excel.
