Print FBT reports and export benefits

Overview

At the end of each quarter, the Summary Report and Tax Computation can be printed and saved as PDFs for internal reference or IRD audit purposes. Report print options can be customised to specify the information included in each report.

Print a standard report

If you want to use a different theme or address, contact TaxLab Support for setup.

From the entity’s FBT calculation, select the Print icon in the navigation bar. Select the name of the report to print.

Print a customised report

  1. From the entity’s FBT calculation, select the Print icon in the navigation bar.
  2. Under the relevant quarter, select Print options.
  3. Select the name of the report to print.
  4. Customise the print options by selecting the tickmarks.
  5. Select Print.

Export benefits

Benefits and reports can be exported to Microsoft Excel for any period.

  1. From the entity's FBT return, in the navigation bar select Workpapers > Benefits.  
  2. Export the benefits summary using the Export button.

To export a detailed list of benefits by employee, select ‘All benefits‘ total line at the end of the Benefits screen. Then use the Export button to export the data to Microsoft Excel.
