Archive, restore or delete an Entity

When you archive an entity, it no longer displays in your list of active entities but you can find it in your list of archived entities, where you can open it and view its details, and restore it if required. When you delete an entity, it is removed from the system, permanently.

Archive or delete an Entity

1. On the Home page, locate and click the required entity.
2. On the Details tab, click the Edit button.
3. On the Settings window, select one of these options:
   • Click the Archive button.
   • Click the down-arrow next to the Archive button, then click Delete.

Restore an archived Entity

1. On the Home page, on the left menu, click the Archived status.
   
2. Locate and click the required entity.
3. On the Details tab, click the Edit button.
4. Click the Restore button.
